Prices exclude VAT. Additional user: 25 € in Autónomo and Básico, 19 € in Profesional and 15 € in Premium (per month). Field technician, phone only (My day, work reports, signatures, clock-in and chat): 12 €/month each, outside the plan’s users. WhatsApp messages included per month: 25 in Autónomo, 50 in Básico, 150 in Profesional and 500 in Premium; additional ones at 0,15 € + VAT, only if you activate them. You can change plan or cancel at any time.
WhatsApp included in every plan
Reminders the customer confirms with “Confirmo”, certificates, signature requests and invoices by WhatsApp, and the replies in the application’s chat. Each plan includes messages per month through the Gestión Plagas number; you can also use your own WhatsApp Business number (billed by Meta) or the links, free of charge. How it works.

Questions about pricing
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. With monthly payment you can cancel whenever you like from your account. With annual payment (15 % cheaper) cancellation takes effect at the end of the year paid.
What counts as a user?
Each person in your company with access: technicians and office staff. Your customers’ access to the private area does not count. If you need more users than your plan includes: 25 € in Autónomo and Básico, 19 € in Profesional and 15 € in Premium per month for each one. Technicians who only use the phone can have the field technician licence, at 12 €/month, which does not take up plan users.
How do I pay?
Direct debit with a SEPA mandate signed on screen, card, or bank transfer on annual plans.
Will you help me if I’m coming from another program?
Yes: we import your customers, contracts and documents. If you are coming from EviSane, see what the switch is like.
Is the AI paid separately?
No. The dictated certificate, the review before sending, pest identification by photo and safety data sheets read with AI are included in the plans, with no pay-per-use. Features that work on top of an optional module (supplier invoices, station trend report) come with that module. More on the AI page.
How many WhatsApp messages does each plan include?
Messages per month through the Gestión Plagas number, sent under your company’s name (appointment reminders, confirmations, alerts, certificates, signature requests and invoices): 25 in Autónomo, 50 in Básico, 150 in Profesional and 500 in Premium. Replies you write from the chat do not count, nor do messages from your own WhatsApp Business number or links, which are always free. All in WhatsApp.
How much does an additional WhatsApp message cost?
0,15 € + VAT each, only if your company’s administrator activates additional messages, and with a maximum monthly spend if they wish. We alert you on reaching 80 % and 100 % of those included, and additional messages are charged on your next subscription invoice. Without additional messages, when the month runs out automatic reminders stop and the buttons open WhatsApp with the message already written. There are no additional messages during the free trial.
What does every plan include?
Schedule, customers, contracts and invoicing and, in addition, Control de plagas, Documentos de plantilla, Elaboración, Facturae / FACe, Remesas SEPA, Seguridad alimentaria, VeriFactu, WhatsApp.
What does the Premium plan include?
Everything in the other plans and also API, Bancos y conciliación, Escaneo de facturas con IA, Estaciones y planos, Laboratorio, Legionella y piscinas, Portal del cliente. In the other plans they can be added individually.
