The artificial intelligence in Gestión Plagas doesn't spray or sign: it removes the paperwork that comes after the visit. It fills in, reads and warns; the technician reviews every proposal and is the one who signs, as always. If something doesn't look right, they change it. And if the AI is unavailable at any point, the program works just the same and the document is filled in by hand.

Safety data sheets and delivery notes read with AI

Registering a biocide means copying by hand its registration no., active ingredient, hazard and safety period. And every purchase has to be entered with its batch and expiry date for the biocide register to balance.

You upload the safety data sheet (SDS) and the product record fills in by itself. You upload the supplier's delivery note and the warehouse entries are prepared with their batch and expiry date, which then feed the official biocide movement register.

Do I need to install anything?
No. The AI is built into the program: in the office browser and on the technician's phone. There are no apps to install and no other AI service to sign up for.
What happens if the AI gets it wrong?
It can happen, which is why it never decides on its own: it proposes and the technician reviews. Nothing is signed or sent without a person confirming it. The fixed review rules (batches, safety periods, signatures) always apply, and the technical manager has a review inbox.
What happens to my data and my customers' data?
The AI is private: it runs on the program manufacturer's own servers and does not send what you dictate, the photos or the documents to third-party AI services. Your customers' data is not passed on to anyone and remains yours: you can export it whenever you want.
Is there an extra cost?
No. AI is included in the plans, which start at 24,65 €/month + VAT, and you don't pay per use. Do the regulations allow AI to be used on the certificate?
What the regulations require is that the data is true and that the document is signed by the responsible people. The AI only proposes the text; the certificate is signed by the applicator and the technical manager, as always. We explain it in treatment certificate with AI.
Can I still do it by hand?
Yes. Each feature is an aid: you can fill in the certificate, register a product or enter a delivery note by hand exactly as before.
