Can I use my own certificate wording?
Yes. You write the template once, with variables for the customer, address, company, technician and date, and each document comes out with the data filled in. Before the customer signs, you can touch up the text of a specific document.
Can I have several types of certificate?
Yes: hood, duct, fan or whichever service you provide. Each appointment type states which document it generates when completed.
Do I have to pay for the pest control part if I don’t use it?
There is nothing extra to sign up for: template documents are included in all plans. You simply use what you need.
