Route of the day

The day's visits, in the order that saves kilometres

Ordering each technician's visits by eye wastes hours of van time every week, and the appointment with an agreed time always ends up squeezed in at the worst moment.

In the route of the day you choose the technician and the date and see their visits on the map. "Optimise route" proposes the order that covers the fewest kilometres from their starting point, without arriving late for appointments with an agreed time or outside the window the customer asked for, and compares the kilometres and time with the current order.

  • Respects agreed times and arrival windows
  • Starting point of the technician or of the company
  • Compare kilometres and time before applying the order
  • Route button in "My day" to navigate to each visit

Questions about the schedule and contracts

How are the visits of a contract created?

In the contract record, "Generate visits" asks how often to go, how many visits, the technician and the type, and creates them in the schedule linked to the contract. We explain it step by step in how to plan the visits of a contract.

Are fees invoiced automatically?

Yes. Every day, the invoices for fees that have reached their collection date are generated, with the customer's payment method. If it is a direct debit, it goes into the next SEPA batch.

Is the customer notified of the visit?

Yes: confirmation when the appointment is created and an automatic reminder before the visit, by email or by WhatsApp. If they reply "Confirm" to the WhatsApp, the appointment becomes confirmed.

What happens when a contract expires?

It alerts you beforehand (by default, 30 days) on the desktop and in the notification bell. With "Renew" the one for the next period is created, or it renews itself if it is marked as auto-renewing. When it is cancelled, future fees and appointments are cancelled.

Can I see my appointments in Google Calendar?

Yes: each technician has a private link for Google Calendar, Apple or Outlook, or the direct connection with Google Calendar to see changes instantly. More at integrations.
