Working time record from the phone, ready for the Inspectorate

Each worker clocks in, takes breaks and clocks out from “My day”, even without signal. Corrections are kept with their reason, everyone sees their own record and signs off the month’s summary, and the office generates read-only access for the Labour Inspectorate.

For the office

The working time record the law requires, without signed sheets

All companies must record each worker’s start and end time every day and keep the record for four years. With technicians out on the road, paper doesn’t arrive, or arrives filled in at the end of the month.

The technician clocks in from the phone at the start, on breaks and at the end. The office sees the time-control report by worker and day, corrects whatever is needed leaving the reason and, when the month closes, makes the summary available to each worker for their sign-off.

  • Daily report by worker: periods, breaks and overtime
  • Export to PDF and Excel (CSV)
  • Timetable per worker or the company’s weekly working hours
  • In line with articles 34.9 and 35.5 of the Workers’ Statute (Estatuto de los Trabajadores)

Questions about time control

Is the working time record mandatory?

Yes, for companies with employees (art. 34.9 of the Workers’ Statute): the start and end time of each person’s working day, kept for four years and available to workers, their representatives and the Labour Inspectorate.

Is the technician tracked during the day?

No. If you enable geolocation, the position is taken only at the moment of clocking in (and, if you enable it separately, at the start and end of each visit). The worker knows in advance from the information text they read.

And if a technician forgets to clock in?

The office adds or corrects the clock-in stating the reason, and the change stays in the history with the previous value.

Is it paid separately?

No: time control is included in all plans, also for field technicians.
