Frequently asked questions

Do the documents comply with the regulations?

The situation assessment and the treatment certificate include the fields required by biocide regulations (products, registration no., batch, safety period, technical manager and applicator). The templates are editable so you can adapt them to your autonomous community.

What does the AI do and who decides?

The AI fills in the certificate from what the technician dictates, warns before sending if a batch, a safety period or a signature is missing, suggests the species from a photo and reads safety data sheets, delivery notes and supplier invoices. It always proposes: the technician reviews and signs. It is a private AI that runs on the manufacturer's own servers; your customers' data is not passed on to third parties. Everything the AI does.

Can I use it with several brands or branches?

Yes. Each branch can have its own company name, invoice series, PDF template and email. Many companies use it to keep their pest control line separate from their extraction hood cleaning line.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It's yours. You can export customers, contracts, documents and invoices at any time, and we hand you a complete copy when you close the account. You have 30 days to download everything; after that we delete it.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. When you create the account you accept the terms of service and the data processing agreement, which you can sign and download as a PDF from the application. The servers and backups are in the European Union.

Does it work without coverage?

Yes. The technician app stores the day's visits and their documents on the phone: they are filled in, signed and clocked in offline, and everything is sent automatically once the signal returns. More at the technician app.

Does it work for a company in the Basque Country?

We are completing TicketBAI certification with the tax authorities of Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa: signature, code, QR and submission to the provincial tax authority are already built into the application. If you invoice from there, ask us for the date. Outside the foral territories, VeriFactu is used, already included.

Does it connect to WhatsApp, Google Calendar or my laboratory?

Yes: WhatsApp reminders that the customer confirms by replying "Confirm" (see WhatsApp), each technician's schedule in their own calendar and laboratory results that arrive by themselves. See the integrations.

Does it include VeriFactu?

Yes, in every plan and at no extra cost: each invoice generates its record with a chained hash and its QR code, and is submitted to the AEAT with your electronic certificate. More at VeriFactu, Facturae and TicketBAI.

Does it keep technicians' working time records?

Yes. Each worker clocks in, takes breaks and clocks out from the phone, using the server time; corrections are kept with their reason and the office can give the Labour Inspectorate read-only access. See working time.
