Profitability by contract, customer and technician
A contract that pays on time may still be losing money if every visit takes twice the planned hours or product.
The report cross-checks what was invoiced against the cost of each visit: the actual hours (from “Start visit” to “Mark as attended”), the products applied and the kilometres. You see it by contract, by customer and by technician and, alongside, planned against completed each month.

Questions about reports
Can I export the reports to Excel?
Yes: all of them export to CSV, which opens in Excel, and to PDF.
Who sees the reports?
Anyone whose role has the reports permission. A technician, for example, may not see them.
What does the LOMB cover?
The inputs (purchases, adjustments and production) and outputs (applications in pest and legionella certificates, sales, transfers and write-offs) of each biocide, with its batch. Once a period is closed, it is fixed.
