Can I adapt the situation assessment texts?
Yes. The scenarios are templates by type of premises that you can edit, and each document can be touched up before signing.
Does it manage bait stations and traps?
Yes, with the stations and plans module: plans uploaded or drawn, monitoring points with QR, checks, connected traps and trend analysis, with an AI trend report for the customer every month.
What happens if the AI fills something in wrongly?
Nothing is signed or sent without the technician reviewing it: the AI proposes and they correct. In addition, before sending, a set of fixed rules flag missing batches, safety periods or signatures.
I need to correct a certificate that has already been signed, how do I do it?
The signature is voided, the certificate corrected and the signature requested again. The voiding is kept in the document's history, so it is always clear what changed.
Can the customer sign without being present?
Yes: you send them a link and they sign from their phone. The signature is recorded with its date, time and IP, and the signed document appears in their private area if they have access.
Does it deduct products from the warehouse?
Yes. If the biocide is linked to its warehouse item, the quantity applied is deducted from the technician's van on saving and goes into the biocide movement register.
