Automatic statement
Connection with over 100 Spanish banks. Balance and transactions updated twice a day, with an alert when the authorisation is about to expire.
Reconciliation suggestions
By amount, invoice number, Tax ID or customer name. A batch is recognised even if the bank credits it in several deposits.
Rules
Fees, self-employed contributions or taxes are reconciled automatically with rules by description.

Supplier invoices with AI

Questions about banks
Is it safe to link my bank?
The connection is made under the European PSD2 regulation through an authorised provider and is read-only: we never see your credentials and cannot order payments. You can revoke it whenever you want.
What if my bank isn't listed?
Download the statement in Norma 43 or Excel from your online banking and upload it: repeated transactions are not duplicated. You can also ask your bank to send the Norma 43 every day to the email address the application gives you, and it is imported automatically.
I reconciled a transaction wrongly, can it be undone?
Yes: you open the transaction, undo the reconciliation and it goes back to pending. Transactions you are not interested in, such as a transfer between your own accounts, can be ignored and restored whenever you want.
