The LOMB fills itself in from what you already do
The official biocide movement register is usually redone by hand at the end of the quarter, cross-checking purchase invoices and work reports.
Purchases and adjustments are inflows; products applied on pest and legionella certificates, sales, transfers and write-offs are outflows. The LOMB report sorts them by period, product and toxicity, and when a period is closed it is fixed and downloaded as CSV.
- Each application, with its batch, its customer and its applicator
- Filters by biocide, toxicity, branch and batch
- Period close with its download
- Export to PDF and Excel (CSV)
Questions about the warehouse
Which warehouse is deducted from for what a technician applies?
The warehouse whose manager is that technician, normally their van; if they have none, the default warehouse. If the quantity is later corrected or the product is removed from the certificate, the movement corrects itself.
Why do I have negative stock?
Because more has been applied or sold than had entered that warehouse or batch. Record the missing entry or transfer and it is corrected.
Do sales also deduct stock?
Yes: delivery notes and invoices with warehouse items deduct stock, from the batch indicated on the line.

How it worksDictated certificate
What the technician dictates during the visit leaves the products applied with their batch: the van's stock is deducted on saving.
How it worksPrivate AI: it runs on the manufacturer's own servers and your customers' data is never passed on to third parties. The technician always reviews.
