Questions about integrations
Does the automatic WhatsApp cost anything?
Each plan includes messages per month through the Gestión Plagas number, sent on behalf of your company: 25 in Autónomo, 50 in Básico, 150 in Profesional and 500 in Premium. If you need more, you activate additional ones (0,15 € + VAT each, with a maximum spend if you wish) and they are charged on your subscription. With your own WhatsApp Business number there is no limit: Meta bills you directly for its messages. All in WhatsApp.
What does a marketplace supplier see?
Nothing, until you request a quotation from them. They then receive only the contact details of your company that you confirm at that moment.
Does the technician need a Google account?
No. The private calendar link works in any calendar application. The direct connection with Google Calendar is optional.
