On the visit

Checking stations with the phone’s QR

With dozens of stations per premises, the paper check sheet ends up with gaps, numbers that don’t add up and a plan that no longer resembles the premises.

The visit document comes with the plan’s stations. The technician scans each one’s QR, records its status and what they found, and if one has moved they move it on the plan. Everything stays in the station’s history and adds to the trends.

  • QR reading with the camera, no separate apps
  • Works without signal and sends on reconnecting
  • Sketch drawn in the application if you have no plan
  • QR labels ready to print
Trends

From catches to the report the auditor asks for

In the food industry, checking is not enough: the customer wants to know whether activity is rising, in which area, and what has been done.

Trend analysis brings together the checks by station and by month, both the technician’s and those from connected traps. Each month, the AI summarises it in a report with alerts and recommendations, which the technician reviews before sending it.

  • Catches and consumption by station and by month
  • Export to PDF and Excel (CSV)
  • Alert when a connected trap detects activity well above normal
  • AI summary reviewed by the technician

Connected traps

Traps and stations with sensors, or their manufacturer’s platform, send their readings to the Gestión Plagas API with a token from your company. Each reading identifies the station by its QR, by the device’s serial number or by its code, and carries the date, the catches or consumption, the alarm and the battery. It is stored as an automatic check that counts on the plan, in the history and in the trends. An alarm, abnormal activity or low battery leave an alert on the bell and an email to the office, at most one every 6 hours per station.
