The risk assessment of each installation, calculated
RD 487/2022 requires the legionella health plan to be based on a risk assessment, but it sets no scoring scale: each company ends up with its own spreadsheet.
For each installation you rate the factors for its type as low, medium or high and the application calculates the indices using the method in the Ministry of Health’s technical guide. The assessment sits alongside its register, its checks and its plan, and the points for each factor can be adjusted to your own criteria.

Samples and results without typing
Samples go out with a handwritten sheet and the results come back as a PDF that somebody has to key into the program.
The collection note gathers the samples from each point with their parameters. It is exported to the laboratory as CSV or JSON and the results come back through the API or by uploading their CSV; out-of-range values mark the sample as non-conforming and alert the office. The customer sees their results and can request analyses from their area.

Which regulations does it follow?
The cleaning and disinfection certificate and the risk assessment follow Royal Decree 487/2022, on health requirements for the prevention and control of legionellosis. The templates are editable so you can adapt them to your autonomous community.
Can the customer record their own checks?
Yes: from their private area they record the readings and checks that fall to them, and you see them in the same register.
